Advantage Security, Inc. (ASI) has provided both security and customer service to its clients for 30 years in the Denver and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate for full-time Administrative Assistant position at the Advantage Security Head Quarters Office in Aurora.

Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the office by performing administrative duties, clerical, and operational tasks. This position ensures smooth office operations by managing office supplies, assisting with communication, and maintaining organized records.

Shift:

Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday - 8:30am-5:00pm

Tuesday - 7:30am-5:00pm

Additional Perks:

Hourly compensation: $23-$24 per hour

Duties for a Front Desk/Receptionist:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming communications, providing a welcoming and professional environment.

Manage Office Supply Inventory: Oversee the ordering and replenishment of office supplies and materials while maintaining a well-stocked office environment.

Uniform Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of security uniforms, and promptly order new items as required, ensuring all employees are appropriately uniformed.

Onboarding Support: Assist with new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth integration process for new hires.

Handle general office duties including document filing and managing office equipment.

Answering phones and handle administrative paperwork.

Respond timely to emails and other communications.

Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting office operations.

Basic Requirements:

18 years of age

High school diploma or GED required

US citizenship or possess the right to work permit

Able to pass a drug screen test and background check (Including THC)

Able to pass a criminal background check (CBI and Out of State)

Fluently speak, read, and write English

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Desired Skills:

Professional with excellent customer service skills

Ability to remain calm and focused

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn visitor management software

Multitasking, excellent time-management skills, and attention to detail
