As we expand our reach, we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and help us grow our client base.

Responsibilities:

Aggressive New Business Acquisition:

Proactively identify, target, and pursue new business
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify key decision-makers and potential clients.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our services.
Negotiate and close deals, securing long-term client partnerships.

Relationship Building & Client Engagement:

Establish and cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert insights and recommendations on talent solutions.
Proactively identify client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Performance & Reporting:

Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular updates to leadership on sales progress and market insights.

Collaboration & Internal Partnership:

Work closely with our delivery organization to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Provide clear and concise communication to ensure alignment and success.
Work within our CRM and ATS systems to track sales progress.

Qualifications:

Proven Sales Hunter: 1-4 years of demonstrated success in a sales-focused business development role, preferably within the staffing or talent solutions industry.
New Business Expert: Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships.
Hunter Mentality: A proactive and driven approach to sales, with a strong desire to exceed targets.
Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present compelling proposals.
