What You'll Do

Design compelling visuals across digital and print platforms, including social media content, packaging, web assets, sales assets, trade show materials, B2B presentation decks, campaign materials, and merch
Bring brand identities to life through a mix of typography, color, and layout that doesn't just look good, but hits different
Work closely with clients to conceptualize and execute work that aligns with brand strategies and feels undeniably fresh
Develop and maintain brand guidelines across multiple projects, ensuring consistency without feeling repetitive
Stay ahead of design trends, but more importantly, create new ones
Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, and animators to bring work to another level

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or CPG brand experience is a huge plus)
A portfolio that makes us do a double take, showcasing sleek brand identities and impactful design work
A deep understanding of design principles, typography, and composition with an intuitive eye for what makes a brand pop
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma
Experience in motion graphics or illustration? Even better
Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball – or your cool
A mindset that values creative risks, collaboration, and work that makes an impact
