Job Title: Contract Support Specialist

Market Group: Transportation

Location: Fort Myers/Naples

Job Summary: Assist CEI Director in general administration of CEI group. Assist CEI Senior Project Engineers and Project Administrators in the day-to-day administration of CEI projects.

Essential Duties:

Provide general administrative assistance for the CEI group.

Maintain various project tracking logs including RFI's, Submittals, Plan Changes, etc.

Provide data entry and maintain quantity tracking spreadsheets and assist with review of monthly pay applications.

Provide clerical assistance including preparing meeting agendas and minutes.

Assist with the scheduling and tracking of CEI inspectors training classes and certifications.

Assist with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Federal Aid compliance functions including Davis-Bacon and On the Job Training (OJT).

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED and 5 yrs office administration/clerical experience.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets preferred.

Experience in CEI or Construction administration preferred.
