We’re looking for a proactive, polished, and highly organized Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is always willing to jump in where needed. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Arrange complex domestic and international travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and handle expense reporting
Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy
Help coordinate internal meetings, events, and team logistics
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Assist with ad hoc projects and provide support wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

Qualifications:

5+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting executives in financial services, private equity, venture capital, investment, or other professional services settings
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and a calm, solutions-focused approach
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating Microsoft Office Suite and other office systems
Positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset
