What the day will look like
- Manage assigned claims from loss notification up to settlement in accordance with Aon’s best practice and claims standard process.
- Closely coordinate with the client, insurance companies and assigned loss adjuster to ensure that claims will progress within the reasonable timeframe, and client received fair settlement on claims.
- Respond to Client’s queries within 48 hours upon receipt of the client’s queries.
- Review Insurance policies and identify applicable provisions and associated risks that may apply to the claim.
- Review claims documents and come-up with an initial assessment/comment before releasing to the adjuster.
- Provide regular claims update to the client and Account Management Team
- Manage ageing claims.
- Updating of recorded claims in the claims system (Claims Resolution Platform) regularly.
- Attend claims surveys and meetings.
- Provide support to the Manager on claims queries, resolution, issues, claims presentations, and meetings.
- Help manage the team's workload and assist the team members on escalated claims.
- Identify and Prepare claims success story and register in the claims success story library.
