Billing Coordinator:

Looking for an entry level Billing Coordinator. This position is located in New York City, will be involved in monthly billing, support accounting team and project managers.

Essential Duties:

Invoice clients (NYC agencies) including generation of invoice and supporting documentation in various client designated formats while providing billing information, verify employees’ billable time, research, troubleshooting, and follow up on field questions (tickets for Union Employees/sign-in-sheets) as needed; ensure accurate and timely accumulation of cost for invoicing; Produce billings and job costing reports in an accurate and timely fashion. Familiarity with LCP Tracker, Procore, Textura and other online portals a plus.

Experience:

No Experience Required.

Willing to hire recent graduates or college students.

Willing to train the right candidate. Salary range $50K to $60K.
