Description
Searching for an Admin/Operations Assistant. Background in the construction industry is preferred. This role is an essential link between project management and on-site operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficiency across various administrative and operational functions. This versatile role includes organizing and managing crucial project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and safety reports, while also serving as a communication liaison between field personnel and office staff. The administrator also provides scheduling support for subcontractors and materials, assists in maintaining compliance requirements like access control and safety documentation, and aids in tracking budgets and inventory management. Reporting directly to the Project Manager while supporting the on-site superintendent, this role is pivotal in keeping projects on track, on time, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Demonstrated ability to perform accurate data entry.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
