Description We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position within the healthcare industry, offering an excellent opportunity to support the Medical Affairs group with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
Coordinate email correspondence and maintain accurate records of communications.
Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring the integrity of information.
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Execute mail merge processes to streamline bulk communications efficiently.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars to support the Medical Affairs group.
Work with DocuSign to facilitate electronic document signing and management.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Assist in combining and analyzing data to support various administrative functions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and support project needs. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with DocuSign and mail merge processes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
