Job Description
We are seeking a team of individuals to assist in the fabrication and installation of cable assemblies for Polaris. This is a unique 12-week opportunity from mid-May to late October 2024 to make a meaningful contribution to clean energy initiatives.
Responsibilities
Operate various equipment and tools while keeping the workspace safe, clean, and organized.
Perform quality checks.
Read and follow technical instructions and drawings.
Work 40 hours per week.
Work shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Capable of following detailed instructions.
Physically able to stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds for prolonged periods.
Skilled in using measuring and hand tools.
Strong focus on attitude and willingness to improve.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with assembly, hand tools, production, mechanical, power tools, wiring, electronic assembly, crimping, cable, blueprints, mechanical assembly, and cable assembly.

Work Environment
The facility is located in Everett, WA. It is a state-of-the-art facility with a cleanroom, a new warehouse, and strict security due to the high sensitivity of the startup. The work shifts are Monday to Friday with optional overtime. The first shift is from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and the second shift is from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Bunny suits and gloves are required when working in the clean room.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.40/hr.
