The EE Instrumentation team architects and designs the best-in-class Test and Measurement instruments for our product validation and test. The team is a collaborative group of creative and smart people developing highly complex and sophisticated Test and Measurement equipment to support the development and production of our world-class products. This individual will play a key role in specifying, architecting, designing, validating, and developing electrical instrumentation to support our consumer product bring-up, characterization, ramp, and production. You'll have the chance to play a key role in the lifecycle of PCB, MCU, and FPGA electronics within our instrumentation systems.
Description
Development of advanced test instrument board architecture, schematic design, PCB layout, proto@type, fabrication, assembly, bring-up, and release to production. - Collaborate with product teams in instrumentation architecture, specification, development, validation, and release. - Develop test instrumentation roadmaps to align with future product development.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in EE or Physics with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience
Experience in the development of PCB instrumentation boards.
Experience in PCB specification, architecture, design, simulation, proto@type, bring-up, validation, characterization, and/or release to production.
Experience in FPGA firmware specification, architecture, selection, design, simulation, proto@type, bringup, validation, characterization, and/or release to production.

Experience in preparing and delivering presentations.
Experience in managing and resolving PCB, component, and FPGA issues with external vendors.
Experience in root cause analysis and resolution.
Experience in MCU firmware specification, architecture, design, simulation, proto@type, bringup, validation, characterization, and release to production.
Experience in STM32 MCU firmware development.
Experience in MIPI and Display Port protocol.
Experience in 10G+ signal integrity modeling, simulation, and analysis.
Experience in PMIC specification, architecture, design, and layout.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
