Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Merced, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in providing bilingual Spanish administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities:
Organize and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and board members.
Prepare and distribute agendas, reports, and meeting minutes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in the creation of presentations, spreadsheets, and other essential documents.
Maintain filing systems, including electronic, paper, and e-filing formats, ensuring ease of access and organization.
Provide bilingual Spanish support to facilitate communication and documentation needs.
Handle general office tasks to support the team's operational efficiency.
Coordinate and oversee the preparation of reports and correspondence as needed.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative projects and tasks.
Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness. Requirements
Proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in filing systems, including paper filing, e-filing, and general document management.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled in preparing agendas, reports, and meeting minutes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
