Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
This position will be the Admin Assistant to the General Manager, serving as the right-hand person to assist with operations, documentation, company events, meals, and more. You will be very involved in all aspects of the business and will be responsible for keeping things moving when the General Manager is not present.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the General Manager
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist in the preparation and scheduling of meetings, events, and meals
Coordinate and communicate with internal departments
Assist with operational success and documentation
Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the General Manager
Ensure smooth operations when the General Manager is not present
Essential Skills
Strong work ethic and drive to learn everything about the business
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service and administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft software
Experience with ERP systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced. You will have your own office but may need to go into the shop from time to time. The dress code is business casual, with jeans allowed as long as they have no holes, and closed-toe shoes are required. The role is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with a half-hour lunch break. Enjoy a long-term opportunity with many avenues for growth potential. The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $42000.00/yr.
