Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for:

Managing day-to-day accounting operations across the organization.

Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and financial procedures.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Hiring, developing, and mentoring a team of accountants.

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA designation is highly preferred but not required

Experience with a public accounting firm is a strong advantage.

Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

Solid knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
The Fair market Assumption for this role's base salary is between $120,000 and $140,000 annually.
