Front Desk & Communication: Answering incoming phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately, and providing professional and courteous customer service.
Customer Support: Assisting clients, vendors, and team members with inquiries, requests, and general administrative needs.
Financial Assistance: Supporting accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and invoices.
Documentation & Reporting: Composing, reviewing, and maintaining internal and external documents, including reports, invoices, and correspondence.
General Office Tasks: Assisting with filing, scheduling, data entry, and other clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
