Our client, a Property Management company, seeks a Maintenance Tech for
a temp to hire opportunity here in Pittsfield. This is a residential
property with approximately 60 units. This is a full time position
starting at \$21/HR. Duties include, but are not limited to: - Daily
trash removal - General maintenance repairs - Cleaning, painting &
turning over apartments - Minor electrical & plumbing repairs - Snow
removal The individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills in
order to interact well with residents and be able to work independently.
The selected candidate must pass a criminal background check.
