Job Title: Shipping Clerk
Job Description
We are seeking two dedicated Shipping Clerks to join our team on the day shift. The ideal candidates will be responsible for tracking orders using software and assisting in the preparation of orders for shipping.
Responsibilities
Track orders using specialized software.
Assist in getting orders ready for shipping.
Perform kitting, packing, picking, and packaging tasks.
Handle shipping and receiving duties.
Manage inventory control.
Operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and forklifts.
Essential Skills
Experience in a warehouse setting.
Proficiency in using shipping software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift operation experience.
Experience with kitting.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Work Environment
You will work in an extremely climate-controlled and brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. The first shift runs from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with half-day shifts on Fridays.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
