Job Summary:
We're hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a Licensed Public Adjuster in managing property insurance claims. You'll be essential to organizing case documentation, client communication, delegating tasks, and supporting the development of systems that make our team stronger.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide weekly check-ins with every active client
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Assist with calendar management and scheduling
Assign and monitor tasks in ClaimWizard
Ensure timely and complete documentation
Support cause-and-effect documentation for claims
Help develop SOPs, manuals, and scalable processes
Identify gaps and apply the 1-3-1 method: 1 problem, 3 solutions, 1 recommendation
Support general office organization and communication
