Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant in the Real Estate industry, located in Roxbury Ave, Massachusetts, 02119, United States. In this role, you will be providing administrative support to the property management team, handling inbound and outbound calls, and managing work orders.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with tenants, updating them on the status of their current status
Accurately enter work orders into the Yardi system for further processing
Handle incoming phone calls, providing a high level of customer service
Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to maintain accurate records and facilitate email correspondence
Assist the Property Manager with additional administrative tasks as needed
Utilize office equipment such as fax machines for administrative purposes
Schedule appointments and manage the team's calendar
Requirements - Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette
Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to handle customer queries efficiently
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with email correspondence, ensuring prompt and detail oriented communication
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, managing customer relationships effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for email communication and schedule management
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and presenting reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, managing multiple calendars if necessary TalentMatch®
