As the Head of Execution Service and Digital Projects, you'll lead the charge in strategizing and implementing digital projects that align with our company's goals, directly impacting our success and customer satisfaction. Your day will involve crafting strategies for digital solution development, collaborating with both internal and external partners to ensure projects meet client needs, and driving the profitability of our digital business area. You'll also focus on team building, guiding your team towards achieving excellence in digital project delivery. Additionally, part of your day will be dedicated to fostering continuous improvement and supporting the organization's digital transformation journey.
How You'll Make an Impact
Lead a global digital delivery team, defining development and delivery strategy for integrated solutions for EAD customers.
Focus on executing a profitable business by establishing a team dedicated to creating digital solutions for core industry clients.
Provide guidance on bid preparation, including costing, team composition, technical specifications, and partnerships.
Ensure successful customer engagement in all digital projects and foster collaboration with both internal and external partners.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to boost digital project execution efficiency and effectiveness.
Coach and mentor the leadership and EAD organization on digital transformation, building a strong network of internal and external partnerships.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or a related field, laying the foundational knowledge necessary for this role.
At least 10 years of experience, ideally with a focus on leading and managing teams towards the successful execution of digital projects, demonstrating your capability to navigate and thrive in complex environments.
A proven ability to strategize and oversee digital initiatives that align perfectly with company goals, showcasing your strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
An impressive track record in building high-performance teams and developing lean solutions to complex challenges, highlighting your leadership and problem-solving skills.
A deep understanding of future markets, core industry insights, and customer value drivers, underpinning your decisions and strategies with a solid grasp of what brings value to clients.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
