Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled RF RnD Test & Program Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of RF test systems and programs to support the development of next-generation RF products. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, validation, and manufacturing to bring innovative RF solutions to life.
Responsibilities
Design and develop RF test systems and automated test programs for new product development
Analyze RF performance characteristics and validate against specifications
Work with R&D teams to define test strategies from early concept to production ramp-up
Develop test scripts and automation frameworks (Python, LabVIEW, etc.)
Collaborate with global teams to align test methodology and optimize yield and efficiency
Troubleshoot and root cause test failures; propose and implement corrective actions
Generate clear test documentation and reports for internal reviews and customer deliverables
Support RF characterization, calibration, and performance tuning
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in RF test development, preferably in a product R&D environment
Solid understanding of RF fundamentals: S-parameters, modulation, noise figure, gain, etc.
Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator)
Familiarity with test automation tools such as Python, LabVIEW, or C/C++
Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in 5G, Wi-Fi, or satellite RF systems is a plus
