We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our local client's team in Cupertino, CA (hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will be instrumental in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment and providing administrative assistance to Directors. Prior experience in an Executive Administrative role, particularly within media/entertainment/technical companies, is highly desirable. $51.09/hour, Monday through Friday, on a temporary assignment.
Position Details:
Hourly Rate: $ 51.09/hour
Work Hours: Hybrid (3 days onsite, Monday-Wednesday; 2 days remote, Thursday-Friday), 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Type: Temporary Assignment
Location: Cupertino, CA (onsite days).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, including ordering snacks, stationery, and other necessary items.
Coordinate with Facilities for various office-related tasks and maintenance requests.
Provide calendar management support for two Directors, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Arrange travel logistics and process expense reports for the Directors.
Interact professionally and effectively with team members and other Executive Admins to facilitate smooth operations.
Perform other functionally related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in an Executive Administrative role.
Background working within media, entertainment, or technical companies.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong ability to prioritize independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Details: $51.09 per hour
