Position: Executive Assistant
Pay: $ 36.65/hour
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Onsite - Marlborough, MA
Assignment Type: Temporary
Job Description:
In this role, you will support 2-3 Vice Presidents with calendar management, travel arrangements (domestic & international), meeting coordination, and administrative support. You will act as the right hand to the VPs, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Must-Haves:
Experience supporting senior leaders/executives in a corporate environment
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Nice to Have:
Experience handling confidential/sensitive matters
Familiarity with Oracle, SAP Concur, myCWT & Miro
Experience booking international travel and managing Visa requirements
Pay Details: $36.65 per hour
