Adecco Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Administrative Assistant in Firebaugh, CA, offering $19-$21/hour. This is a full-time opportunity with shifts Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, and occasional Saturdays from 7:00 AM-12:00 PM during the harvest season (August-November). This role requires strong data entry experience, Spanish-English bilingual skills, and proficiency with supply chain software and administrative tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately perform heavy data entry and maintain records.
Use platforms such as Heavy Connect, WhatsApp, Quick Base, Samsara, and Microsoft Office.
Assist with inventory tracking, logistics, and field communication.
Support daily administrative tasks and cross-functional coordination.
Assist with payroll (if experienced).
Communicate clearly with both English and Spanish-speaking team members.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) - fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with Heavy Connect, Samsara, WhatsApp, and Quick Base preferred.
Comfortable working extended hours during busy seasons.
Payroll experience is a plus.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
