Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
Job Description
A Junction Box Assembler is responsible for assembling and verifying components, checking the mounting of control components and devices for junction boxes and control panels according to specifications or supervisor instructions. This role operates during the weekend shift, Friday through Sunday from 6 AM to 6 PM, where employees work 36 hours and are paid for 40 hours.
Responsibilities
Perform control and special wiring, including functional checks, based on blueprint specifications.
Use tools such as plasma cutters, drills, crimping tools, hand tools, and paint equipment.
Assemble all necessary components for functional junction and control boxes.
Inspect assembled products to ensure quality.
Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Skills
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and connection drawings/diagrams and specifications.
Proficiency in using measuring devices such as micrometers, rulers, and measuring tapes.
Willingness to work overtime, evening/off shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong mechanical skills and ability to work under pressure.
Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
Knowledge of inspection, testing, repair, and reporting on various @types of transformers.
Familiarity with brazing, crimping, TIG welding, and insulation application procedures.

Work Environment
The work environment is indoors within a shop setting. Employees will utilize various tools and technology, including plasma cutters, small tools (drills, crimping tools, hand tools, paint tools), stripping tools, digital voltage meters, test lamps, cutting tools, snips, and pneumatic tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.16 - $22.16/hr.
