We are seeking an organized and dependable HR Administrative Assistant to support our team. The candidate will assist the HR department in maintaining optimal organization and efficiency through various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must possess integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities
Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department.
Maintain office filing systems and organize documents, records, and correspondence to ensure accurate record keeping.
Perform tasks such as filing, copying, and other administrative duties as needed.
Essential Skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least a high school diploma; some college education preferred.
Computer literacy.
Experience working in an office environment.
Work Environment
This role requires standing all day while filing paperwork. The work environment is an office setting where maintaining organization and efficiency is crucial.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
