We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time
position for our client, a reputable organization specializing in
administrative services, located in Auburn, Maine. The Customer
Service Representative will provide exceptional service and support
while applying knowledge of payroll-related processes and regulations.
The Customer Service Representative will thrive in this role by
demonstrating accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to clearly
communicate complex information. This is a full-time, on-site
position located in Auburn, Maine.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Assisting clients with inquiries related to payroll and related
services
Explaining procedures and regulations in a clear and supportive
manner
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer
interactions
Identifying and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service
delivery
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree a
plus)
Experience in customer service, banking, accounting, or payroll
Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with payroll laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
