We have a current need for a Administrative Assistant based in Philadelphia, Chester County, Bucks-Mont, or Delaware.
Responsibilities:
Enter PA1 calls for underground projects, follow up on missing maps, and assist with aerial and underground permits.
Set up trackers, monitor completion rates for pole replacements, and update weekly budget sheets.
Scope, count, and set up request for proposals (RFPs), including creating proposal documents.
Manage onboarding/offboarding for electric and gas clients, including software access and account creation.
Enter software requests, track license usage, and coordinate field equipment hand-offs.
Follow up with team on required trainings and plan team events for the PA office.
Pull contacts and organizational charts for business development, and close out tasks to assist leads.
Requirements:
Must be based in Philadelphia, Chester County, Bucks-Mont, or Delaware.
Business degree preferred, but not required.
Willingness to learn and perform design work after training.
