Responsibilities

Answer and manage inbound calls professionally, providing assistance and resolving inquiries.
Oversee billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
Monitor schedules and adjust assignments to meet operational demands.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve service delivery.
Leverage computer programs to generate reports and analyze performance metrics.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
Maintain detailed records and documentation to support operational efficiency.
Requirements
Skilled in utilizing various computer programs to manage daily operations efficiently.
Experience working with CRM systems to manage customer relationships and data effectively.
Familiarity with management systems to streamline and oversee workflow processes.
Experience with management and logistics.
Ability to answer and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Experienced in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
Capable of handling billing functions with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
