The RMA Technician is part of the Production Department and provides
support to Manufacturing. Primary responsibilities include but are not
limited to:
Duties and Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical problems within devices
returned by customers.
Read product schematics such as Gerber files, PCAD, and Altium.
Administer related transactions utilizing Excel and the company
database.
Relay findings to production, quality, and engineering.
Provide repair/replace estimates on RMAs.
Perform incoming inspection of electrical components.
Participate in Production department functions.
Cleaning of contaminated equipment returned by customers.
Customer service.
Other duties, responsibilities, and directives assigned by
management are expected to be performed.
