Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will conduct preventive maintenance on all production equipment. You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining conveyor systems, electrical components, gear boxes, VFD's, motors, pumps, and more. You will work as part of a team and independently when required. You will track the repairs you make and communicate with management when machines need priority maintenance. LOTO, PLC's, PM's, and emergency repairs are critically important on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Conduct preventive maintenance on all production equipment.
Repair and maintain conveyor systems, electrical components, gear boxes, VFD's, motors, and pumps.
Work as part of a team and independently when required.
Track repairs and communicate with management when machines need priority maintenance.
Perform LOTO, PLC troubleshooting, and emergency repairs.
Essential Skills
Troubleshooting machinery with and without documentation.
Preventive maintenance and tracking using a CMMS system.
PLC troubleshooting including ladder logic and schematics.
Electrical and welding skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Sanitary welding experience.
Controls experience.
Robotics experience.
Previous food production experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
