Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Repair or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical errors, repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components, and ensure machinery operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
Repair or maintain industrial production or processing machinery or equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical errors.
Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment.
Disassemble machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions using voltmeters or other testing devices.
Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery.
Essential Skills
Troubleshooting
Maintenance technician experience
Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge
GMP compliance
2+ years of conveyor troubleshooting
1+ year of electrical troubleshooting
Experience with 24-480v systems
Proficiency in working with gear boxes, seals, and bearings
Food manufacturing experience
PLC troubleshooting
Ability to read blueprints
Electrical troubleshooting skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Automated machine repair experience
Knowledge of Siemens maintenance

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
