rRESPONSIBILITIES: The principal function of this position is to
maintain the integrity of the Advancement & Alumni Relations database
(Slate CRM), including donation fund accounts, alumni and donor
biographical data, charitable giving data, and its connection to the
University accounting system (Ellucian Colleague). This position ensures
proper documentation is maintained and assures compliance with
applicable rules and regulations.
WORK LOCATION: Macomb campus
APPOINTMENT: As soon as possible
WAGE: \$3,538 - \$3,891 / month

Job Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree
A total of two (2) years of experience with any combination of the
following:
a. Utilizing or managing CRM systems for donor relations, gift
processing, or similar data management tasks
b. Project management, preferably in a non-profit, higher education, or
fundraising environment
c. Online research and data reporting/list generation
d. Fundraising operations
For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally
accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or
equivalent from an international accrediting body). Unless otherwise
stated, the degree must be conferred at the time of appointment.
