Finisher\
Our client is seeking Finishers at their Cavendish, VT facility.
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not
required!\
Responsibilities of the Finisher
Operate various assembly equipment, production equipment, and hand
tools
Handle, assemble, and inspect parts and products
Check work for quality and follow ISO procedures
Prepare and pack parts for material handling and/or shipping
Complete paperwork
Cross train to assist in other areas or departments
Make recommendations to improve processes or resolve issues
Train team members and perform additional tasks as needed
Qualifications of the Finisher
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous assembly/manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and
policies
Basic math skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork and
cooperation
Openings are available working Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm.
