Job Description
SUMMARY: An Intern is responsible for assisting with various
projects within the Marketing department at Stride. Essential functions
may include administrative, clerical and project work which is
determined by the business needs and the team assigned. This role
provides support for the media team, the content team, the social team
or the email team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Demonstrates an understanding of the business, needs and business
goals
Creates and prepares various content, presentations and materials as
needed
Executes tasks by utilizing various technologies and platforms
specific to the business
Supportscreative ideas for Facebook or Instagram content, TikTok
videos, YouTube Content Creation and Strategy, and Facebook Live
planning
Evaluatespaid media, social media, CRM and web metrics to monitor
campaign performance
Organizes content themes into a monthly editorial calendar.Plans and
schedules media content using management platforms and tools
Provides trendingideas and actively contributes to content planning
meetings. Create pitches about trending challenges and ideas for
multi-platform campaigns
Assist the team with day-to-day administrative and operational
duties, as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal
supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
:
Working knowledge of media platforms including Google, YouTube,
Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Currently workingtowards an undergraduate degree in Communications,
Marketing, English or another relevant field or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships across
the organization
Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability
to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
Strong creativity
Results/action-orientation; project management skills
Ability to listen effectively, respect other perspectives and
contributions, and offer and accept constructive feedback
Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity, and
trust
MS365; Web proficiency.
Ability to clear required background check
Preferred QUALIFICATIONS
:
Previous marketing internship or relevant coursework
Passion for marketing and staying up to date on industry trends
Experience with marketing automation or social media management
tools

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person\'s education,
experience, and qualifications, as well as the position\'s work
location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if
any), external market and internal value when determining a new
employee\'s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors,
the position\'s level and expected contribution, and the employee\'s
benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the
range.
We anticipate this position will pay \$20.00 - \$22.00 per hour. This isa temporary/Internship role. This salary is not guaranteed, as an
individual\'s compensation can vary based on several factors. These
factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location,
experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Randstad
