Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for maintaining current customer satisfaction with service and sales, and generate new sales/business thru sales initiatives and goals within our location. Provide professional services with product knowledge, problem solving, and order enhancement.

Working Conditions:
This job operates in a professional office environment and various warehouse locations and conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Essential Job Functions:
· Provide technical sales support and other order process functions including checking incoming orders for completeness, delivery timing, product development questions and working with departments to provide clear instructions on orders received.
· Work with the outside sale and work as a team to meet all sales objectives and handling all aspects of completing a sale including paperwork
· Answering customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms
· Emphasizing product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
· Maintaining customer records
· Preparing sales contracts for orders obtained and submitting orders for processing
· Selecting the correct products or assisting customers in making product selections based on their needs, product specifications and all other applicable regulations
· Collaborating with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information
· Assist sales team with projects (could be data entry, proposals, presentations, sales analysis)
· Aide with sales presentations (in partnership with sales team) and as appropriate, attend sales meetings for support.
· Liaison between sales and other teams such as design, logistics, supply chain, and finance.
· Develop and manage price lists.
· Manage order status information and tracking.
· Cross train to provide backup during times of vacation or work absence.
