ATTENTION HOBBS, NM!! We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Procurement Support professional to assist the Procurement Officer with daily operational tasks. This role will focus on supporting the procurement process by acting as the Requisitioner in SAP-creating purchase requisitions, managing goods receipts, and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a basic understanding of procurement systems and workflows. Familiarity with SAP is a strong plus, and the ability to collaborate effectively with procurement and finance teams is key to success in this role. 45k to start, potential overtime as well.
Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or procurement support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with procurement systems and workflows is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
