Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant supports the hospital's nursing education department by supporting the department's operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, maintaining records, and assisting with various educational activities.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma
Previous administrative experience preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

Job Functions:
Prioritizes duties and responsibilities and completes them accurately and in a timely fashion
Answering phones, creating and updating departmental forms
Demonstrates an ability to adapt to changing circumstances related to internal and external factors
Provides coverage as required
Maintains competence and demonstrates responsible judgment by updating knowledge, referring problems through appropriate channels and observing policies and procedures
Orders and maintains practice supplies and equipment
Other duties as requested by manager and providers
