Summary:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who has great attention to detail, great customer service skills, works fast paced and has the skills to complete the job functions listed below.
Reports to: Division Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of general accounting principles
Math skills including calculating percentages, decimals (.1, .01. .001) and discount multipliers
Ability to travel by car and by air

Working Conditions:
Working conditions will be standard to an office environment including work at a computer workstation for an extended period of time (up to 8 hours per day).
Ability to work remotely.
Travel approximately 1 week per month throughout LA, MS, Southern AL and the panhandle of FL.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Essential Job Functions:
Work closely with Division Manager in scheduling meetings, recruiting, and projects.
Perform administrative tasks for office staff. This includes, but is not limited to typing, photocopying, mailings, and faxing.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Assist the Managers of multiple divisions in staffing needs, general day to day needs i.e. appropriations request, check request etc.
Monthly reports
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer telephones and provide courteous, prompt, and efficient service to clients and vendors
Meet specific daily deadlines with possible frequent interruptions
Follow written instructions.
Effectively proof documents for errors and proper completion.

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $45000 to $50000 annually.
