Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to join their team in the SE Houston, TX area. This person will be responsible for determining the feasibility of the design concept through part selection, prototyping, and initial design fabrication of the PCBA, board bring-up, and characterization to determine the concept's suitability. They will develop automated test systems in C# for continuous test systems, design verification, and production of various products. This role is a hands-on technical role, working cross-functionally, and can approach design specifications and business needs to deliver automated test systems in various project phases.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering
3+ years of experience in Electrical Test development, system bring-up, integration, and debugging
2+ years of experience in C, C++, or C# for electrical test automation
Experience with low-power circuit design
Experience with embedded devices
Oscilloscope, Multimeters, Logic Analyzers experience Previous work in a highly regulated industry (ex: medical product development)
Medical device industry experience null
