MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Executive Assistant to the COO is to provide high-level, results-driven, and value-added support to the COO.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Administrative Support:
Manages the COO's calendar and meetings and coordinates travel arrangements, ensuring the COO's time is effectively allocated among other administrative duties.
Logistical Support for ELT:
Acts as a liaison between the COO and the ELT to provide instruction for team events.
Project Support and Coordination:
Assists COO in driving operational initiatives by providing support in project management.
4.Manage/Extend COO Relationships:
Establish and maintain effective and healthy communication channels between the COO and key relationships, including internal ones.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or operations-focused role
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on detail
Proven ability to think critically and make decisions within structured environments.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with leadership and other team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing assertiveness and collaboration
