Client company is seeking an outging person to serve as first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering calls, and supporting administrative functions in various departments. This role is vital in maintaining smooth office operations and delivering excellent client and candidate experiences. 1-2 years administratiave, front desk or customer experience required, preferably in a fast-paced setting. Will need strong communication, organization and customer service skills, Proficieny with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion is required. Must be confortable multi-tasking and shifting priorities throughout the day.
