In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds, and parking lots. You will also ensure that all service is performed safely and results in favorable customer feedback.
Respond to service calls related to residential maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, in order to complete service work and property management requirements.
