This role is crucial in supporting our Clients HR functions, ensuring
compliance with policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various HR
disciplines, including payroll and benefits administration.\
\
Duties:
Assist with all aspects of benefits administration new enrollments,
terminations, ACA eligibility, resolving discrepancies with carriers
and payroll, and answering benefit-related questions
Process monthly billings from insurance providers-review for
accuracy, codes, and advances for payment; process changes within
deadlines
Assist with processing employee terminations and evaluations
Conduct exit and stay interviews
Provide turnover and retention statistics
Assist with Unemployment claims
Manage employee recognition programs
Assist with policy reviews and edits
Other HR related duties\
\
\$25 \$27/hr., DOE; Full benefit package offered upon hire
Requirements\
5 yrs in Human Resources, with benefits administration experience
needed. Working knowledge of MS Office, strong communication skills;
Associates degree preferred
