Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee the installation of HVAC controls, bend conduit, and manage a crew of 10 electricians. This role is crucial for maintaining production standards and ensuring the quality of electrical installations.
Responsibilities
Install HVAC controls.
Bend conduit and manage low voltage electrical systems.
Oversee and manage a crew of 10 electricians.
Ensure production goals are met and maintained.
Conduct conduit layout and installation.
Utilize BIM modeling and read blueprints for project execution.
Essential Skills
Experience in electrical work and conduit bending.
Proven track record of overseeing crews of 10+ electricians.
Proficiency in conduit layout and installation.
Experience with BIM modeling and reading blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working on large job sites (e.g., Intel, TSMC, data centers).
Knowledge of both low and high voltage systems.

Work Environment
The work is based at the LG project in Queen Creek, with a schedule of 5 10-hour days, totaling 50-hour work weeks. This role involves only traveling to this one job site, with 18-24 months of work anticipated, and potential extensions for future project phases.

This is a Permanent position based out of Chandler, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $104000.00/yr.
Full Health insurance, Vacation, Bonus plan based on production
Will provide gas reimbursement and truck allowance
