As an Administrative Assistant on our team in Greensburg, IN, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services. You'll be accountable for coordination of project deliverables, processing invoices, scheduling meetings, calendar maintenance and travel itineraries. Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels - both orally and in writing will help us meet our client's objectives.

Qualifications - External
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical trade school. Equivalent work experience will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Minimum of 3 years mechanical, electrical and plumbing required or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
Must possess a valid driver's license. Ability to obtain required forklift and lift certifications
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, Lockout/Tagout instructions, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customer/contractor employees.
Must have working knowledge of computers and software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Maximo CMMS, and SA
Ideally, you'll also have:
Experience supporting a team in engineering, construction or related industry
