Our client, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their finance department. This role involves data entry, reaching out to customers via email for necessary information, and potentially assisting with receptionist duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Cassopolis, MI (In-office)
Pay Range: $22/hour
What's the Job?
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate professionally with customers via email to request necessary information.
Provide receptionist support, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors.
Stay organized and ensure timely follow-ups with both customers and internal teams.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
What's Needed?
2+ years of administrative experience, including data entry, office support, or customer service.
Experience with financial or tax-related tasks is preferred,
Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
Strong written communication skills, particularly for professional email correspondence.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
