Catalano, Case, Catalano & Clark-Radzieta, LLP, is a growing Certified Public Accounting firm and we are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Applicant must be an energetic person who is able to work well under pressure and stress through very busy tax seasons. Applicant must be available to work evenings and Saturday mornings from February through April 15th as needed.
Position Responsibilities:
Greet clients and provide impeccable customer service and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Answer multi-line phone system.
Accounts receivable billing - create and send out billings and past due notices. Enter received payments into QuickBooks accounting software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel. QuickBooks experience preferred. Proficient in all @types of office equipment and applications.
Copying and assembling tax returns. Copying and assembling financial reports.
General office duties including, but not limited to, scanning documents, copying, filing and maintaining file archives, mailing including UPS and FedEx, ordering and maintaining office supply inventory.
Other administrative duties will be added assuming the attention to detail is demonstrated and may include duties such as:
Data entry
Typing, formatting, proofing, and assembling financial statements
Maintaining spreadsheets through Excel

Reliable and organized
Work equally well independently and in teams.
Able to work under multiple supervisors and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications
Strong typing skills, 50+ wpm
Basic mathematical skills
Possess excellent common sense and judgement and an impeccable attention to detail
