System One is assisting a Tulsa Energy client with a search for a Gas Plant Accountant. Will work with a great team who excel in their areas of expertise. Competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities:
Involved with routine and complex assignments related to gas plant accounting and government reporting
Handles nom & actual residue sales invoicing for all NGGP plants
Completes t he weekly, monthly, and annual Energy Information Administration (EIA) reporting for each plant
May be involved in TIPS related special projects depending on experience
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience in Gas Plant Accounting
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Excel and comfortable with Accounting systems, Experience in TIPS a plus
Organized with strong attention to detail
Team player with ability to work well with others at all levels
Eagerness to learn and develop skills
Great attitude with a strong work ethic
Salary: $70K - $90K
