Job Duties: 1. Assisting the human resources team with back office
functions such as filing and data entry. 2. Maintaining personnel files
as it relates to daily attendance, PTO/vacation, benefits, forms, new
hire paperwork, terminations, ect 3. Handling requests of verifications
of employment, benefits, unemployment insurance, ect 4. Assisting in the
creation and completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
Managing the printing and maintenance of badges. ** OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Prior experience with HIPAA compliance
is desired. 2. Knowledge of ADP/SAP/Workday strongly desired. **
